Phil is an active contributor to the professional community, organising leadership events and roundtables throughout the region. He is also the founder of Agile West Midlands, Inclusion in Tech, and the Midlands Leaders Conference, demonstrating his commitment to fostering inclusive and innovative business environments.

Personal Life:
Phil is a husband and father of two, still chasing his dream of making it as a tennis player in the over-35s circuit. A true sports enthusiast, he’s also an avid cyclist, padel player, and will try his hand at any sport he can. On weekends, you’ll often find him cheering on the sidelines of a rugby pitch. In 2022, he embraced a new challenge by becoming a school governor, furthering his commitment to his local community.
